Its Kirsty and Louise here, we are the CEOS of this amazing company. While we have you here we would just like to explain a little bit about who we are and what we do! If you will stay with us for a few minutes?
Life is funny really girls, i mean for us this all started with a facebook friend request ( true story lol). After a couple of years being facebook friends we bumped into each other at another training academy. We briefly shared our visions and instantly KNEW how like minded we were.
We decided we want to be SUCCESSFUL from that day on, the challenge was we didn’t have more than ten pound between us. We both grew up in really under privileged areas, money wasn’t something we had seen much of AND we were both mummies too. Times were HARD.. ( Can anyone relate?)

Anyway girls there is not enough space on this page to go into too much detail, but we are a great example to you girls who may be reading this, also feeling unfulfilled, fed up, lost…We get it..
We promise you that you don’t need a whole lot of money or support behind you, you just need that determination to FINALLY make some different decisions.
Girl Boss is now a multi million pound company and we have clinics and academies in both England and Ireland, We have 18 members of staff ( Still feels reallly weird saying that haha) AND WE PROMISE YOU when we tell you, we are TWO WOMEN ON A BLOODY MISSION!

We want to create Girl Bosses all over the world, it feels amazing seeing ladies go from struggling just like we were to SUCCESSFUL BAD ASS BOSSES! (Working when the frick they WANT TOO! May we add lol).
Setting off to work during those freezing cold dark mornings was NEVER going to be for me i am afraid. Its a shame it took me so long to come to that conclusion, however i believe when the time is right the opportunity will present itself ( and that may be why YOUR sat here reading this now). It may not be, you may have accidentally ended up here with no idea why..HI if you did lol..
But back to it, it took me a longgg time to realise i was so unfulfilled, i dreaded work, i will never forget that annoying alarm clock sound. I was never scared of making big changes and i also didn’t care what the people around me thought. Yes at some point they thought i was crackers, i would be listening to my law of attraction, the secret etc and those around me just wouldn’t entertain it. Thats was fine for me because i didnt need anybody’s approval anyway, i just needed belief.

I was ( and still am lol) a mum, i was desperate to make my kids proud of me so when this opportunity came along for me, saying i grabbed it with both hands would be an understatement lol.. I am impulsive, fearless and i love challenges. Girl Boss has been the best decision i have ever made, knowing i am able to help women create the same life is just a dream come true! – Kirsty Deegan
Louise here! So Girls, i am originally from Ireland for those who don’t know that lol. Again just like Kirsty i am pretty impulsive haha, I decided i wanted more for my life, i didn’t feel like there were many opportunities where i was from so enough was enough, i packed my things and i moved to England ON MY OWN. I knew what i wanted and i really didn’t anyone by my side. When i came to England i got my very first job in pound stretcher LOL, i actually loved that job and i always did put my all into being the best at it.
As i am sure you are all probably already aware, Myself and Kirsty met on facebook. We always debate who added who, because we cant even remember how we even even became FB friends haha. After my little pound stretcher job i realised i had a keen interest in beauty, i completed a few facial courses and was offering facials from my attic bedroom. It was so small that every time i stood up i would nearly bump my head on the roof lol, but i loved my little room and it was the start of my business.

Once me and Kirsty met we just decided to run with it, we wanted to be super successful, we knew we had nothing to start with but that was never going to be an excuse for us, looking back now it makes us more grateful for what we have actually achieved.
For those that don’t personally know me, i actually have dyslexia, i will be honest, in school it used to embarrass me, but as i got older i realised it was nothing to be ashamed off (there i go again, i meant OF, I nearly went back and changed that spelling mistake but then i decided i am going to EMBRACE IT LOL).
Yes i struggle with words sometimes but that has never affected my ability to become an BAD ASS BUSINESS BOSS, and i want anyone with similar difficulties to stand with me in believing that we can achieve ANYTHING WE WANT TO!
